Is Rectivas a flame retardant manufacturer or a trading company?
Rectivas is a manufacturer — Hebei Rectivas New Materials Co., Ltd., based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. Formulation, compounding on our own twin-screw line, and burn testing all happen in-house, not through a third-party factory.
Does Rectivas offer OEM or private label flame retardant additives?
Custom packaging and labeling can be discussed for bulk orders. Tell us your requirements at the RFQ stage so we can confirm feasibility for your specific project.
What is the minimum order quantity for flame retardant additives?
Trial and sample quantities are discussed per project rather than fixed to one number, since they depend on the system and packaging format. Tell us your target volume when you inquire and we will confirm what is workable.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — sample requests are the normal starting point for a new formulation. Send your resin, target rating and application, and we will propose a system and arrange a sample for your own burn testing.
Can Rectivas supply flame retardant additives factory-direct, without a trading intermediary?
Yes — inquiries are handled directly with our commercial team, and orders ship from our own facility. There is no added trading-company layer in the standard process.
What flame retardant certification and documentation does Rectivas provide?
Every shipment carries our TDS, SDS and batch COA, issued under our ISO 9001 quality system. Third-party Test Reports and SDS Reports are available through CTI (Hebei) Testing & Certification Co., Ltd. against specific batches. Note that product-level certifications like a UL Yellow Card apply to your finished compound, not to the additive alone — we support those programs with formulation data and pre-screening (UL94, LOI) in our own burn lab so your certification submission passes the first time.
